Douglas E. Chadwick was an analyst in the Operations Organization at NSA. Prior to joining the Agency, he served with the U.S. Army. He retired in 1985 with 30 years of Federal service. He resided in Columbia, MD when he passed away at 71 on April 16, 2000.
